Directed,
not generated.

Your AI brand content partner.

AI creative commerce studio for fashion brands

SPANDA shapes strategy, directs images, and produces content around your collection—so every frame belongs to the same considered world.

One collection.
A complete content system.

Not a folder of disconnected images. A visual direction carried across the catalogue, the lookbook, the launch and the everyday life of the brand.

The work

The idea becomes
a usable collection.

What partnership changes

Direction before
production weight.

01

Strategy

Decide what the collection needs across e-commerce, lookbook and social before production begins.

02

Creative direction

Build the casting, styling, light and framing that make every image feel worthy of the brand.

03

Scalable production

Carry the approved direction across a small drop or a large catalogue with less production weight.

What came back

Product goes in.
Frame comes out.

Jewellery

A men's band ring in gold and brushed steel, photographed flat on white for a listing. The whole ring standing on deep blue, the diamond, the grooves and the 14K stamp exactly as they are.

Every groove in the band and the set of the stone are the ring's own. Only the light and the ground changed.

Footwear

A green and black trail sneaker on a plain white listing background. The pair on a warm maroon ground at a three-quarter angle, the tread reading clearly.

The tread, the lace pattern and the logo tab came through unchanged.

Bags

A tan and cream leather saddle bag squared up on white for a catalogue. The same bag on a mustard velvet chair in warm afternoon light.

The canvas grain, the buckle and the stitch line held. The tan is the bag's own, not a near miss.

Womenswear

A gold brocade corset top on a model against a plain studio wall. The same top styled with a black skirt and a burgundy bag on a deep maroon ground.

The brocade, the boning and the neckline are the garment's own. The styling around them is direction.

Occasion wear

A brown floral mesh dress with an asymmetric hem, shot plainly on a model.A full-length frame with the hem and the sheer sleeves reading against a soft studio wall.

The mesh, the asymmetric hem and the print all survived the move onto a body.

Inside SPANDA

Decisions stay with
the collection.

Products, references and creative decisions live together. The team can see the same direction, make the frame, review it and keep what belongs.

We look at the products, the channels they need to serve and the way content is being made today.

Make the choices visible

Direct

We set the visual system and make selected frames on the brand’s own products, so the direction can be judged before it scales.

Carry the approved world

Produce

Once the direction belongs, we carry it across the content the collection needs and review every frame before delivery.

The partner behind the system

Photographer’s direction.
AI production capacity.

SPANDA is built and art-directed by Kriti, a working fashion photographer. The decisions inside it come from the realities of a set—how fabric falls, where a product earns attention and what makes a frame usable.

The software does not replace that judgement. It carries it across the collection.

For the next collection

More useful content.
Less production weight.

Plan the collection once and carry one clear direction across the content it needs.

Questions

A clear place
to begin.

What can we book?

Three things. The whole catalogue — every product in the collection, shot and finished. Lookbook — the collection styled on model. Campaign — a directed set of frames for a launch.

How fast is a full collection?

We turn around a full collection of a hundred products in three hours.

Is this a self-serve AI image tool?

No. SPANDA is a directed service. Kriti works with the brand on the visual approach, then uses the system to produce and carry that direction.

Are these real photographs?

They are made, not shot on a set. The direction, the styling, the light and every judgement in the frame belong to a photographer; the frame itself is made rather than captured. We say so plainly, because a brand should know exactly what it is buying.

What does Kriti actually do?

Kriti works as the photographer and creative director behind the system: reading the product, setting the visual language and deciding the styling, framing, light and image mix.

How do we work together?

We begin with the collection, direct selected frames on the brand’s own products and refine the approach before the larger production moves forward.

Who owns the pictures?

You do. Every frame we make for your collection is yours.

Can we use them on marketplaces?

Yes — they are yours to use anywhere you sell. Marketplace rules on how AI-made imagery must be labelled differ by platform and keep changing, so we will tell you what we know and the final check belongs with the platform you are listing on.

How long do you keep our images?

While you are working with us, your last three months of images stay available. If you stop working with us, they stay for thirty more days and are then deleted for good.

How does a project begin?

With a conversation about the collection, where its content needs to live and how the brand makes that content today.

Where are the client examples?

There are zero clients today. The Studio screens on this page are real captures of the working system, and the fashion and product frames are our own directed studies made to show the direction — not client shoots, and not borrowed from anyone. Where a frame shows a real product, it is part of one of these studies, made with rights we hold, not a client engagement.
